Return to your body & co-regulate your nervous system.

Professional cuddling is a carefully negotiated one-on-one experience with a trained cuddler, in which YOU dictate how and when you would like to be touched. Sessions can involve everything from light arm stroking to slow dancing to full-body spooning. It is, truly, the opposite of so many of our physical experiences in the world: non-sexual, safe and consensual.

As we allow ourselves to be more authentic the ways we have traded our authenticity for physical safety become clearer. We begin to “let the soft animal of your body love what it loves,” which can be remarkably activating depending on your unique history.
These histories may include experiences or witnessing of:
Social distancing and isolation
Cultural or religious stigmas
Gender or sexuality related stigmas
Overt or covert shaming of desires for physical touch
Acts or threats of physical abuse or neglect
Physical violence or sexual assault
Professional cuddling creates a safe container to explore and experience platonic physical touch in ways that support the process of healing from internalized messaging and harmful past experiences.

Authenticity Witnessing
Heal the wounds that keep you from being yourself.

These conversations support you through the messiness of becoming your truest self. We talk about your present life circumstances or relationships and discern what’s “working” and what’s not. I help you identify what you authentically think, feel, need, and desire, and complete any frozen or interrupted emotional cycles, creating room for you to respond to the present moment rather than reacting and playing out old patterns. These conversations are a process of bringing you fully into the present, rooted in who you are, and self compassion.

Traditionally, doulas support people through transitions of birth and death.
The process of returning to ourselves is another major life transition that shares many of the qualities present in birth and death experiences.
We grieve and let go of who we learned to be to survive and breathe new life into who we are becoming. As we do, we make room for our truest selves to emerge.
Doula’s are trained to provide advice, information, emotional support, and physical comfort during, these kinds of major life changes. I do this in the realm of authenticity.

Coaching is a co-creative process led by your wants and needs and aimed at supporting you to work toward your goals. Coaching can help you identify your goals, recognize obstacles, and tap into your deepest motivations in order to make those goals a reality. We can talk about anything you want to see change around including career, self-care, relationships, or anything else impacting your daily well-being.

As we return to ourselves we often discover that our lives no longer fit who we are inside. This may show up in family dynamics, career path, friend groups, or day-to-day life and can become a barrier to fully accepting and becoming who we really are. Changing our lives usually brings up our fight, flight, freeze, faun response which is the main reason we stopped trying and went back to self-abandoning behavior in the past. After all that healing work we did, we deserve to have the life we really want.
As a coach, I help people move beyond their usual stopping points, focus on what matters most to them, and take action to create the life that aligns with who they are now.

This work is vulnerable, courageous, emotionally intimate, and deeply collaborative. It is the work of repairing within ourselves the global history of misused power, victimization, and broken trust. We learn the skills we were never taught, but are essential for healthy, loving relationships. We heal our wounds so we can take ownership of our power, put our protective claws away, and be gentle with each other. We learn to be trustworthy with the power we have, both to ourselves, and with our loved ones.

I myself have done immense reprograming from my upbringing in order to create and maintain healthy loving relationships with my people. I know first hand how scary it can be to let go of the things that kept us safe in the past when we don’t yet know a different way.
The more important a relationship is to us, the more we want it to “work out,” and the higher the stakes and the more likely we are to fall into old patterning that erodes trust and intimacy, and leads to resentment, dissatisfaction, and conflict.
I will help guide you through a process that supports you to break old patterns and build trust, intimacy, and love in your partnerships and polycules.

I offer a sliding scale as an invitation into personal healing around money. This includes disparity in economic conditions and access to wealth, generational themes of scarcity and extraction, familial relationships involving money, and traumas around personal value.
Choose the hourly rate that reflects the difference this would make in your life and is not a hardship for you:
$100 - $400
What amount are you an emphatic "YES" to giving?
Consider what would be authentic for you, and give only that. Remember that over-giving is one of the leading causes of resentment and spoiled relationships.
Other Considerations:
This is also an opportunity for those with more wealth to help cover the costs of those with less access to wealth and resources. I trust your discernment of your current financial situation and how you fit into the global economic context. As you decide what amount to pay, please consider your present-day financial situation governed by income, but also the following factors:
Historical discrimination faced by your peoples
Your financial wealth (retirement/savings/investments)
Your access to income and financial wealth, both current and anticipated (how easily could you earn more income compared to other people in your community, country, and the world, and are you expecting an inheritance)
People counting on your financial livelihood including dependents and community members
The socio-economic conditions of your locale (relative to other places in your country and in the world)
Your relationship to food & resource scarcity.
